What is PepTruth?

PepTruth is a Colorado-based research peptide supplier. We sell single-compound research peptides to qualified researchers and approved bulk-pricing buyers, with published purity standards, batch-level COAs, and pricing that doesn’t hide behind tier games or fake markdowns.

Are you a real company?

Yes. PepTruth is a registered Colorado LLC. We operate from Colorado, ship from a Colorado fulfillment address, and our contact information is real and answered by a real person.

Are PepTruth products for research only?

Yes. Every product on this site is sold strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption. Products are not approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing from PepTruth, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for proper handling and use.

What is your minimum purity standard?

97% minimum purity, verified by HPLC. We will not list, ship, or backstock anything below that line. If a batch comes in under 97%, it does not get sold under the PepTruth name.

Where are your products tested?

Independent US-based laboratory analysis on every batch. The lab partner and full COA pipeline are being finalized — once the first verified batches are in, COAs will publish directly to each product page on the day that batch becomes available, with batch numbers customers can match against the vial they receive.

Until that pipeline is live, we will not claim “every product has a published COA on this site.” When it’s true, it’ll say so. That’s the whole point.

Do you sell semaglutide, tirzepatide, HCG, or HGH?

No. PepTruth does not carry FDA-approved drugs. That includes semaglutide, tirzepatide, HCG, HMG, HGH, and any other compound with an active FDA approval for human use. We also do not carry controlled substances or controlled-substance analogs.

If you’re looking for those products, you’re looking for a licensed pharmacy or a telehealth platform with a prescribing provider — not a research-supply company.

Why is your pricing different from other peptide sites?

Our pricing is what it costs us to source, test, package, and ship the product, plus a fair margin. We don’t run “85% off retail” theatre, we don’t lock real prices behind a customer tier, and we don’t change a vial’s price based on what email list you’re on.

What is bulk pricing?

Bulk pricing is a separate price tier for qualified buyers placing larger orders — typically 10-pack quantities per SKU. It’s not a different catalog or different product. The compounds, purity standards, and documentation are identical to the retail catalog. The discount comes from order volume, not from product quality.

Bulk pricing requires an application and approval. Once approved, tier discounts apply automatically at checkout based on your cart total.

Who qualifies for bulk pricing?

Qualified researchers, institutional buyers, and research-supply resellers placing larger orders. We require a business name, business email, business shipping address, EIN or state business license, and a signed buyer agreement acknowledging Research Use Only terms.

We do not approve applications for individuals seeking personal-use quantities, telehealth platforms, compounding pharmacies, or med spas. PepTruth is a research-supply company.

How do I apply?

The application is on the Bulk Pricing page. It’s a short form — business details, buyer information, and acknowledgments. Approval typically takes a few business days.

How do I place an order?

Browse the Shop page, add what you need to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is submitted.

I didn’t get an order confirmation. What now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first — order confirmations sometimes land there. If you still don’t see it after 30 minutes, contact us with the email address you ordered under and we’ll confirm the order on our end.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Colorado fulfillment address. Domestic transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on destination. International shipping is not currently offered.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking numbers are sent by email as soon as the label is generated. If you didn’t get a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, contact us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order moves into processing it can’t always be changed or cancelled, because product is being pulled from inventory and prepared for shipment. If you need to change something, contact us as fast as possible — we’ll do what we can based on order status.

How are products packaged and shipped?

Vials ship with cold packs in insulated packaging when temperature stability matters. Outer packaging is plain — no PepTruth branding on the outside of the box.

Do you accept returns?

Because of the nature of the products we sell, returns are limited. The full policy is on the Refund and Returns Policy page — please read it before ordering so you know what you’re agreeing to.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a short description of what went wrong. If something is damaged, photos help us resolve it faster. We respond to every order issue email — wrong product, broken vial, missing item, shipping damage — and we make it right.
